Shipping policy

In-stock items will generally ship within 1-2 business days with some exceptions including high-volume months.

We take great pride in our low breakage rates and do everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely. We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en-route to you, however, sometimes damage does occur.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Do not discard the packing materials or boxes until pictures are taken and sent to us. We will replace damaged merchandise as quickly as possible provided you have kept the original packing materials.
